When social distancing was the law and we were a long way from normality we jumped at the chance to be involved with a brave big idea to build a huge pop up with the new owners of the Trafford Centre in Manchester, UK. We turned a car park into an entertainment led F&B space, working with true masters of their professions in circus and fairground, our external streetfood hall allowed the public to return to normality in a ground breaking way. This activation is now credited with Traffords return to glory being the UKs most popular retail and entertainment destinations. Great things are never easy, this pushed us into a new realm that we relished.
